Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, order processing may be delayed a few days.   


Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipping Options: We are excited to offer two shipping options: 

     - Standard (1-4 days, via US Postal Service) for a flat rate $5.99 

     - Express (2 day guaranteed, via UPS) for a flat rate $16.99 

Your preferred option can be selected at order checkout. Note, these shipping times are in addition to the order processing time above.With our Standard shipping option we can ship to every address in the United States, including PO Boxes, military addresses, and US Possessions including Guam and Puerto Rico. 


International Shipping Policy 

International Shipping options:We are excited to offer international shipping to Canada, and are working on expanding to other countries. We will be sure to communicate any updates as they become available. 

     - Standard (3-8 days, via DHL eCommerce/Canada Post) for a flat rate $9.99. 

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer an express service level to Canada at this time.Please note that in addition to the shipping cost, we will calculate, display and bill you for all applicable Canadian duties and taxes for your specific order. Paying up front at checkout will avoid the recipient from paying upon final delivery by Canada Post.
