How do I set up my login?

For those who purchased their own ticket:

If you missed logging in after you purchased, follow the steps below:

     1.  Click here or go to leaderpass.com.

     2. Enter your email address you used to purchase your ticket and create password. 

     3. Follow the instructions given until you’re logged into the RISE LIVE: Healthy + Happy Portal by Leaderpass.


For those who had a ticket purchased for them (by friend or company):

You should have received a link from the purchaser of the ticket to claim your ticket. Once you have that link, click it and follow the instructions to set up your registration. If you haven’t received a link from the purchaser, please contact them directly.

I forgot my password, what do I do?

If you forgot your password and you are not logged in you will see this screen:

     1.  Just look for the "I forgot my password" link.

     2. Click that link and follow the instructions by entering your email into the box upon request...and it will send you an email to reset it. 

     3. Open the email and click the link to reset your password.

     4. Choose a new password and you're good to go!

How do I change my password?

When you are logged into LeaderPass, and on your Dashboard, click to your My Profile link and go to that page.

     1.  Look for the My Password box and click the Change Password button seen above.

     2. A box will popup for you to create a new password. 

     3. Follow the instructions and save your new password by clicking the Change Password button again. 

How do I change my email address?

Your email is your unique identifier and username. It is how we know for sure that you are the owner of your account therefore you cannot change your own email.


If you really wish to change it due to typo or if you can no longer use that specific email, please submit a request here, explaining why you wish to switch it and we'll see if we can help!

I can't find my workbook!

For VIP + Premiere - Available in September

     1.  Login to your RISE LIVE: Healthy + Happy Portal By Leaderpass

     2. Scroll down to “Getting Started” section

     3. Click ‘Digital Workbook’ image.

     4. Select either ‘Printable Workbook’ or ‘Digital Workbook’ (Available in September)


For GA - Unfortunately, your ticket does not come with a workbook but your own journal/paper and pen will be just fine!

I can't find my Digital Resources!

     1.  Login to your RISE LIVE: Healthy + Happy Portal by Leaderpass
     2. Your Digital Resources are categorized by Mental, Emotional, Physical, Fuel and Kids Resources. Click on each image in the above sections to access your resources. 

What time is programming?

Programming will begin at 9am CDT but there will be a fun warm up with RISE App instructor Chris Chandler starting at 8:50am CDT.

Is there an agenda for the day?

Is closed captioning available?

Closed captioning will be available.

How long will I have access?

On Demand access is based on the tier of your ticket.


General Admission will have access until September 22nd @ 11:59 PM CDT

How can I stream the event on my TV?

If you have a smart TV, you can mirror your screen from your laptop or phone. If you don’t have a smart TV, try connecting your TV to your computer with an HDMI cord. Look at your TV manual or click here to learn how.

Can I pause during the Live Event?

You will not be able to pause and rewind programming. If you join programming late, you will start at the place programming is currently at. Don't worry though - with your replay access, you won’t miss any content!


If you’re not watching live, you will have replay access (listed above) to watch it later!

How do I submit my video for the finale?

Post your video on Instagram, Facebook or Twitter using #RISELIVEHEALTHY

Am I guaranteed a spot in the finale?

We will do our best to get everyone who submits a video to be in the finale.

What if I can't attend live? Can I watch the conference later?

On demand access is based on the tier of your ticket and will be available immediately following the live programming.

Will I be able to interact with the speakers?

Only VIPs will have the opportunity to interact with Rachel during a lunch Q&A using social and various hashtags. There will be no other opportunities to interact with speakers.

I've attended RISE before, will there be movement? 5, 4, 3, 2, 1?

Should I wear workout clothes?

Yes, there will be movement! Chris Chandler will be leading a 10-minute warm-up and Rachel will make you dance on occasion. Wear whatever you feel comfortable and confident in!

I accidentally purchased multiple tiers with 1 email. What should I do?

Tickets are non-refundable* or transferable. But no worries, if you accidentally purchased 1 Premiere and 1 General ticket (as an example), email our customer support team at readytorise@thehollisco.com. We’ll refund the ticket tier* you’re not interested in.


*We cannot refund VIP ticket since the completion of that purchase automatically triggers us sending you a VIP Swagbox

How will I submit my questions to Rachel for the VIP Q+A?

You will receive an email with information on how to submit your questions as it gets closer to the event. You can also go to your RISE LIVE: Healthy + Happy Portal by Leaderpass and under the ‘Getting Started’ section you’ll find a tab for ‘VIP Q+A Guide’ with more instructions.

How do I get my VIP Swag Box?

If you purchased a VIP ticket, you’ll receive a swag box at the shipping address entered during check out. You should receive your box no later than October 2nd.* You will not need these items for the day of the conference. 
*Delivery date subject to change due to the effects of COVID-19 on our distributors.

I want to purchase more than one VIP ticket. How will the other attendees get their VIP boxes?

You can purchase more than one VIP ticket! When you make the purchase your order will be split into smaller individual orders. Each VIP ticket will have its own order number and a place for you to enter the shipping address for that attendees VIP Swag Box. Once you have completed the order you will also receive a confirmation email and tracking for each ticket. 

If you choose to send multiple VIP Swag Boxes to the same address, we will not have the ability to make any changes once the order has been placed. Double check all info before you finish your check out process.

What if my address at checkout was wrong...how can I update it?

Our shipping team is working as quickly as possible to get your order out to you! This means we have a very small window to change your address. Send an email to hello@thehollisco.com with your new shipping address as soon as possible and we will do our very best to get the address updated for you. 

I am not sure where to find the class on Mindset.
