PRE ARRIVAL CHECKLIST

Registration

We are offering early registration check-in on Wednesday, March 4th at Meridian Hall from 5-8pm. If you want to avoid registration lines on Thursday, stop by to pick up your event credentials early.

What to Bring

  • Your ID for Registration and any parties you'll be attending.
  • We will provide a workbook for you to take notes, but be sure to bring a pen or highlighter for note taking. 
  • Be sure to pack any medications needed including Advil. The first aid station at the venue has limited medicinal resources.  

Bag Policy

The following items are prohibited at Meridian Hall: 
Cameras other than smartphones, flags, signs or banners, noisemakers, large umbrellas, balloons, weapons, animals (excluding certified service animals), flowers, smoking/E-Cigs and wrapped gifts. 

Small snacks and water bottles are permitted. 

Security
Upon entry to the venue, you will be subject to a thorough security check. Please allow yourself extra time and arrive early. You are encouraged to avoid bringing large bags and any outside food and drink. We thank you in advance for your cooperation. 

Coat + Bag Check
Large bags are strongly discouraged, however, you will be able to check them at coat check. Coat check is $2 per item per day (cash/credit only). Coat check is located in the boardroom at the basement level near the Hollis Co Pop Up Shop. 

Parking and Transportation

Parking

Parking is located at Brookfield Place across from the Meridian Hall at 181 Bay Street. Additional public parking lots are available on Scott Street (just east of the Meridian Hall), and on the Esplanade (just south of the Meridian Hall). Limited metered street parking is available on surrounding streets. There is no parking on site at the Meridian Hall.

What day should I fly/drive in?

We recommend you arrive in Toronto on Wednesday, March 4th so you can take advantage of Early Registration. Programming is estimated to start at 9am Thursday but is subject to change.

Will there be accessible (ADA) seating?

If you purchased the ADA ticket types in either VIP, Premiere Plus or General Admission we will have seats reserved for you. We cannot accommodate accessible seating in any other ticket type other than those provided for purchase. If you purchased ADA seating, you will receive an email with accessibility details as it gets closer to the event. 


If you have a new injury since buying your ticket and require accessible seating, we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee seating. Please email events@thehollisco.com to coordinate.

Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm

When: Saturday, March 7th from 8:00pm-10:00pm 

Theme: ROARING 2020'S (Themed Costumes are encouraged) 

Where:The Arcadian (10 minute walk from Meridian Hall)

What: Join us for cocktails, 20s glam photo moments and an epic dance party with DJ Ahsohn.


After Party tickets will be on sale until Saturday, March 7th at 2pm
