PRE ARRIVAL CHECKLIST
If you want to avoid registration lines on Thursday, stop by to pick up your event credentials early. We are offering early registration check-in on Wednesday, August 12th at the Parma Payne Goodall Alumni Center, which is located across the street from Viejas Arena. Don’t worry, there will be plenty of signage pointing you in the right direction!

What to Bring
- Your ID for Registration and purchasing drinks at the After Party
- We will provide a workbook for you to take notes, but be sure to bring a pen or highlighter for taking notes.
Arena Bag Policy
- If you must bring a bag, it can be no larger than 16"x 8" x 16". No backpacks allowed.
- However, any items – bag included – needed to take care of a baby will be allowed under security guard’s discretion, and all items are subject to search.
Parking and Transportation
Designated parking for events at Viejas Arena is in Parking 12 and Parking 7. Overnight parking and tailgating are not allowed in any university parking structure or lot. Parking areas are typically open 90 minutes before doors open for an event. Should money collectors not be present at the time of your arrival you will be required to purchase a pay machine permit for the length of time you are on campus. Garage clearance is 7’4".

What day should I fly/drive in?
We recommend you arrive in San Diego on Wednesday, August 12th so you can take advantage of Early Registration. Programming is estimated to start at 9am Thursday but is subject to change.
